We are diving right in to the recipe! Are you ready?
1 1/2- 2 lbs boneless & skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
Sriracha (to taste)
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker insert. Mix the ketchup, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil together in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken and then drizzle Sriracha on top. Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. During the last hour of cooking, mix the cornstarch and water together and add to the sauce in the slow cooker.
