You Will Need:
4 boneless pork chops
Olive Oil (just a bit to lightly cover both sides of each chop)
Your Favorite Savory Seasoning Mix -I used Bad to the Bone seasoning from The Spice Lab
Preheat your Air Fryer by setting the temp to 400° and letting it run for 5 minutes.
While your air fryer is preheating, rinse your pork chops and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Once your pork chops have been patted dry, drizzle a smidge of olive oil on both sides of each one then use a silicone basting brush to make sure they are fully covered with (but not drenched in) olive oil.
Sprinkle your preferred seasoning onto both sides of each of the 4 pork chops. I covered mine with the seasoning, but if you would rather use only a dash or two, that's just fine!
Lay your chops in the basket of your air fryer. Be sure the temperature is still set to 400° and cook for 5 minutes. Use a pair of kitchen tongs to flip your pork chops and then cook for 5-7 minutes longer (depending on the thickness of your pork chops).
Serve with any side you'd like. I enjoyed mine with a nice garden salad and some ramen (seriously, watch this TikTok video for the recipe) and it was just perfect.
